Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
March 7 — Stanley Lopinski, 51, of Karns City, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of substances following a Feb. 11 crash in Concord Township. Police said Lopinski tested positive for methamphetamine, amphetamine and gabapentin.
March 6 — Carter John Miller, 22, of Fenelton, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Jan. 30 traffic stop in Summit Township. Police said Miller had a small amount of marijuana, THC wax and related paraphernalia.
March 10 — Jacob Joshua Campbell, 22, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a Feb. 1 traffic stop in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Campbell tested positive for THC, the active ingredient in marijuana, and had a blood alcohol content of 0.123%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
