Police Reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
March 10 — Lyndsie M. Gillis, 35, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a Feb. 14 traffic stop. Police said Gillis had an unlabeled bottle of Adderall in her backpack and could not provide a prescription.
March 13 — Jaden J. Fotta, 21, of Mars, was charged with three misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol related to a Jan. 25 crash. Police said Fotta had a blood alcohol content of 0.174%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
March 13 — Matthew J. Sylvia, 36, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor accident involving damage related to a March 10 crash. Police said Sylvia’s vehicle crashed into another vehicle and fled the scene.
March 12 — Larry N. Ingram, 35, of Butler, was charged with felony transient – failure to verify address following a Feb. 27 incident. Police said Ingram missed his verification window to update his address and photo to comply with Megan’s Law requirements.
March 12 — Caydon L. Claypoole, 22, of Butler, was charged with felony failure to verify address related to a Jan. 23 incident. Police said Claypoole failed to update his address in compliance with Megan’s Law requirements.
March 11 — Jeremy Anthony, 48, of Butler, was charged with felony failure to verify address and misdemeanor failure to comply with counseling related to a Feb. 24 incident. Police said Anthony failed to update his address in compliance with Megan’s Law requirements and failed to complete mandatory sex offender treatments.
March 10 — Gary L. Monks, 83, of Butler, was charged with an ungraded DUI related to a March 10 crash. Police said Monks had a blood alcohol content of 0.225%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
March 20 — Kevin Knisley, 36, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession related to a March 9 incident. Police said Knisley was in possession of suspected crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
March 20 — Robert J. Karenbauer, 62, was charged with misdemeanor driving without an ignition interlock related to a Feb. 28 crash. Police said Karenbauer was required to have an ignition interlock on his vehicle and did not.
March 2 — Erik Johns, 53, of Portersville, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief related to a Jan. 9 incident. Police said Johns broke both side mirrors of another person’s vehicle by hand during a road-rage incident.
