Beatrice Gail (Kentfield) Conaway, 90, of Kittanning, formerly of Butler, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2025, at Kittanning Health & Rehab Center.

She was born July 2, 1934, in Kittanning, and was the daughter of the late James and Emma (Brown) Kentfield.

Gail was a member of Nixon Methodist Church. She worked as a Realtor for Carl Shields for several years, and also spent time at Sears and Butler County Area on Aging. Additionally, she was a member of the Cranberry Chamber of Commerce.

Surviving are her two nieces, Jodie Dragan of Ford City and Gail Fatzinger of Lutz, Fla.; her brother-in-law, Joe Pauline of Kittanning; as well as several great-nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Conaway Jr.; her brother, James Wallace Kentfield; and her sister, Mary Jo Pauline.

CONAWAY — Friends of Beatrice Gail (Kentfield) Conaway, who died Saturday, March 22, 2025, will be received from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 25 at YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler.

The burial will be private.
