Police Reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
March 5 — Corey C. Crooks, 36, of Baden, was charged with two misdemeanor driving under the influence counts following a March 3 traffic stop. Police said Crooks had a blood alcohol content of 0.183%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
March 13 — Jed M. Beachem, 36, of Zelienople, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft, receiving stolen property and possessing an instrument of a crime related to a March 10 incident. Police said Beachem stole $299.76 of merchandise from Walmart while carrying a box knife.
March 16 — Connor L. Byer, 27, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two felony driving under the influence counts following a March 16 traffic stop. Police said Byer had a blood alcohol content of 0.261%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
10:42 p.m. March 23 — Philip Cambell, 44, and Ashten McIntyre, 36, both of Butler, were charged with criminal trespass and conspiracy. Police said they responded to the 200 block of Havenhill Drive and found two men trespassing in the empty home who refused to cooperate.
March 11 — David W. Whitaker, 58, of Chicora, was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence following a Jan. 28 incident in Oakland Township. Police said Whitaker showed signs of impairment and tested positive for alcohol.
March 11 — Cory J. Pfahl, 38, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor driving under the influence counts following a Feb. 1 traffic stop. Police said Pfahl had a blood alcohol level of 0.174%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
March 13 — Leah Amy Crecelius, 53, of Cranberry Township, was charged with felony possession of a firearm without a license and misdemeanor driving under the influence following a March 13 traffic stop in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Crecelius showed multiple signs of impairment and had a loaded firearm concealed in the center console without a permit.
March 17 — Jesse J. Clokey, 39, of Grove City, was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence following a March 16 incident in Cranberry Township. Police said Clokey showed signs of impairment but refused a chemical breath test.
March 17 — Klyde G. Koeper, 38, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence following a Feb. 28 traffic stop in Oakland Township. Police said Koeper had a blood alcohol content of 0.198%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
March 17 — Michael L. Miller, 42, of Bruin, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia following a March 7 incident in Bruin. Police said Miller had a small plastic bag with about 10 grams of suspected methamphetamine and a glass smoking device with burnt residue.
March 17 — Carlos A. Garcia, 32, of Natrona Heights, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia following a March 8 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Garcia had about three white rocks wrapped in receipts, two black boards and a clear plastic straw.
March 17 — James T. Walker Jr., 34, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor driving under the influence of counts following a Feb. 9 incident in Oakland Township. Police said Walker had a blood alcohol content of 0.246%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
March 17 — Ronald L. Miano Jr., 57, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor driving under the influence counts related to a Feb. 23 crash in Center Township. Police said Miano had a blood alcohol content of 0.191%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
March 17 — Tyler Matthew Odom, 20, of Linesville, was charged with misdemeanor bad checks related to a March 13 incident in Center Township. Police said Odom knowingly attempted to pay for services totaling $951.60 from a closed account.
March 17 — Anastacia E. Roach, 39, of Pittsburgh, was charged with three misdemeanor driving under the influence counts following a Feb. 16 crash in Marion Township. Police said Roach had a blood alcohol content of 0.19%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%. Roach also tested positive for cocaine.
March 17 — Heather May Kelly, 37, of Hilliards, was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia following a March 9 traffic stop in Marion Township. Police said Kelly had a marijuana cigarette in the center console.
March 18 — Ryan Anthony Neely, 39, of Chicora, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and harassment following a March 17 incident in Petrolia. Police said Neely punched his brother in the side of his face and used a metal ceiling track to strike him causing a 1-inch cut near the corner of his eye.
March 12 — Madeline A. Young, 27, of Butler, was charged with four misdemeanor driving under the influence counts following a Feb. 23 traffic stop in Summit Township. Police said Young showed signs of impairment and tested positive for alcohol and marijuana.
