Kayla (Troutman-Ritchey) Ball, 36, of Harrisville, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2025.

She was born in Butler on Feb. 14, 1989, to Ronald (Cindy) Geibel II and Kimberly (Bill) Ritchey.

Kayla graduated from Moniteau High School in 2007 and then graduated from Pennsylvania Culinary Institute in 2008. She was the owner of Traclyn’s Temptations and had an amazing talent for creating custom cakes. Kayla will be forever loved and missed.

She was the mother of Wayne Barry Jr. and Allee Barry; sister of Andy (Heather) and Adam (Chloe) Geibel, and Jared and Dustin Ritchey; and niece of Tracy (Mike) Schnell, Rita (Tim) Mayberry, Judy (Rob) Jamison, Ken Geibel and Joe Dunlap. She is also survived by her grandmothers, Darlene Troutman and Grace Snow Dunlap; and a number of cousins.

Kayla was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jeffrey Troutman, Ronald and Diane Geibel; and her great-grandmother, Viola Wickline.

BALL — Family and friends of Kayla (Troutman-Ritchey) Ball, who died Tuesday, March 11, 2025, will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 1, at SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler. A prayer service will immediately follow in the funeral home.
