George Earnest “Earnie” Lindner III, 65, of Cranberry Township, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2025, while under the care of UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Township. He recently resided at Arden Court in the North Hills.

Born July 17, 1959, in Beaver, he was the son of the late George Earnest Lindner Jr. and Carol Bosancic Lindner.

Earnie worked at Roach & Ziegler Interiors, Kasing Auto Sales and Napleton Auto Sales. He enjoyed car cruises, snowmobiling, riding his quad and NASCAR. He kept all his vehicles in pristine condition, especially his favorite, his 2019 Dodge Ram truck. He enjoyed all forms of music and playing card games, especially 31. Above all, Earnie loved hanging out with his friends/buddies and his family.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his sister, Robin A. Hay of Economy Borough; his nephew, David (Sara) Hay of Pine Township; his niece, Angela (Thomas) Newcomer of Baden; his great-nephews, Landon and Lucas Hay, and Thomas Newcomer; and many friends.

In addition to his parents, Earnie was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Gary Curtis Hay.

LINDNER — Friends of George Earnest “Earnie” Lindner III, who died Tuesday, March 25, 2025, will be received for visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at the BOYLAN-GLEN-KILDOO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 3, 2025, at the funeral home with the Rev. Ronald Brown officiating.

He will be laid to rest at Pinewood Memorial Gardens in Cranberry Township.
