Police reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

March 24 — Miller J. Marks, 20, of Mars, was charged with one felony count each of receiving stolen property and conspiracy to receive stolen property following a March 15 traffic stop. Police said Marks was driving a stolen vehicle.

Butler

March 21 — Michael A. Shumar, 40, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following an Oct. 16 incident. Police said Shumar tested positive for cocaine and fentanyl.

Butler Twp

March 29 — Police responded to a vehicle and motorcycle crash around 6:10 p.m. near the intersection of Route 422 and Greenwood Drive. Police said Kent Morrow, 57, of Butler, was taken to the hospital after being struck by the vehicle of a 17-year-old Butler girl who ran a stop sign. Police said both vehicles were towed from the scene.

Cranberry Twp

March 17 — Scott W. Wallace, 56, of Gibsonia, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 17 crash. Police said Wallace had a blood alcohol content of 0.301%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

March 19 — Nathan D. Leasher, 38, of Harmony, was charged with misdemeanor vehicle operation without ignition interlock following a March 12 crash. Police said Leasher had a Pennsylvania ignition interlock driver’s license without an ignition interlock installed in the vehicle.

March 24 — Derrick R. Daley Jr., 32, of Chester, W.V., was charged with three misdemeanor counts each of retail theft and receiving stolen property following three incidents that occurred Feb. 28, and March 7 and 17. Police said Daley stole $745.57 in merchandise from Aldi over the three incidents.

March 27 — Fredis Lazo-Villatoro, 25, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Feb. 22 crash. Police said Lazo-Villatoro had a blood alcohol content of 0.214%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

March 27 — Kinsley E. Aswani, 21, of Conway, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 15 crash. Police said Aswani had a blood alcohol content of 0.156%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

March 27 — Nico P. Montileone, 20, of Beaver Falls, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 16 traffic stop. Police said Montileone had a blood alcohol content of 0.10%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

March 30 — Michael L. Himes, 34, of Weirton, W.Va., was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a March 30 incident. Police said Himes refused to leave a business after being asked by police.

Evans City

March 20 — Robert P. Diodati Jr., 39, of Pittsburgh, was charged with felony fleeing and one misdemeanor count each of DUI and drug paraphernalia possession following a March 20 incident. Police said Diodati evaded a traffic stop and had a crack pipe in his pocket.

Jackson Twp

March 24 — Mary D. Yarbrough, 60, of Jeannette, was charged with felony access device fraud and five misdemeanor counts each of theft and receiving stolen property following a Dec. 10 incident. Police said Yarbrough stole five credit or debit cards and charged $1,031.10 to them.

Middlesex Twp

March 24 — Chris A. Shuster, 55, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 15 traffic stop. Police said Shuster had a blood alcohol content of 0.15%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

March 24 — Kayla L. Schroder, 33, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a March 17 incident. Police said Schroder hit a man in the face with her fists.

Slippery Rock

March 20 — Rocco V. Robinson, 23, of New Castle, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 20 traffic stop. Police said Robinson had a blood alcohol content of 0.175%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

State police, Butler

March 19 — Dustin L. Eckert, 43, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol following a Jan. 4 traffic stop in Franklin Township. Police said Eckert had a blood alcohol content of 0.121%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

March 24 — Vanessa S. Hunter, 38, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor statement under penalty following an April 7, 2023, incident in Center Township. Police said Hunter attempted to purchase a firearm with a previous DUI charge.

March 31 — Kenneth M. Deiuliis, 49, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 1 crash in Cranberry Township. Police said Deiuliis had a blood alcohol content of 0.182%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

State police, Kittanning

March 27 — Kale B. Jones, 27, of Prospect, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Feb. 11 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Jones had a glass smoking device and cocaine.

Zelienople

March 24 — Gary L. Rask, 70, of Evans City, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 19 traffic stop. Police said Rask had a blood alcohol content of 0.133%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
