Ali Zaidi, a former White House National Climate Advisor and leading authority on the clean energy economy, will speak at Slippery Rock University on Monday, April 7.

According to a news release from the Macoskey Center, Zaidi will lead a talk on climate action, energy technology, policy and leadership. He will share his experiences shaping federal climate initiatives, discuss pathways for those interested in environmental policy and climate investment careers, and offer practical ways individuals can drive meaningful change.

The event takes place from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Smith Student Center Ballroom. There will be desserts served at this event.
