Marjorie E. Lytle, 83, of Mars, formerly of Zelienople and Economy Borough, passed away Wednesday afternoon, April 9, 2025, at St. John Specialty Care Center in Mars.

Born in Pittsburgh on Jan. 11, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Marjorie Dawkin McClelland.

Marjorie had been a bookkeeper for PNC Bank.

She was a member of St. Thomas in the Fields Anglican Church in Gibsonia.

She was the mother of Lorraine Kristyak (Daniel) of Columbus, Ohio, and Robert Lytle Jr. (Robin) of Mars; grandmother of Robbie Jay Rossick, Joseph Rausch, Maegan McClintock (Evan), Jennifer Bitzer (Austin) and Amanda Lytle; great-grandmother of Owen Lytle, Lorelai Rausch, Millie and Lillie Bitzer, and Riley and Bryson McClintock; and sister of James McClelland of McKees Rocks.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. Lytle Sr., whom she married June 30, 1962, and who died Jan. 23, 2018; by a brother, Robert Romig; and a great-granddaughter, Ava Clare.

LYTLE — Friends of Marjorie E. Lytle, who died Wednesday, April 9, 2025, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 14, at MCDONALD-AEBERLI FUNERAL HOME, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Thomas in the Fields Anglican Church, 4106 St. Thomas Drive, Gibsonia, with the Rev. Ron Baillie officiating.

Burial will be in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, alz.org.
