Deanna Dombrowski
Deanna Lou Dombrowski, 86, of Butler, formerly of Erie, passed away peacefully Sunday, April 13, 2025.
Born Oct. 1, 1938, in DuBois, she was the daughter of the late William E. Bliss and Irene F. (Kezel) Alexander.
Deanna was a graduate of East High School in Erie. She went on to complete practical nurse training conducted by the school district of the city of Erie, and worked for Millcreek Community Hospital until her retirement.
Deanna was a fantastic cook, and enjoyed dinners with her family, especially at the holidays. She enjoyed watching movies, playing games and cards, and traveling on road trips. Deanna was full of kindness and love, which extended from her family and friends to her cherished cats. She will be dearly missed by all of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
She is survived by her three children, Darlene Nanni, David Dombrowski and Lynn (Greg) Murzynski; four grandchildren, Lynsey Jones, Amanda Spano, Chrystal Smith and Joseph Nanni; six great-grandchildren, Olivia, Emily, Maple, Gia, Ethan and Alayna; sister, Christine (Roger) Lawrence; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and her stepfather, Thomas Alexander, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Dombrowski, who passed away Oct. 6, 1999.
DOMBROWSKI — All services for Deanna Lou Dombrowski, who died Sunday, April 13, 2025, will be held privately at her request.
Arrangements have been entrusted to THOMPSON-MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 124 E. North St., Butler.
