PennDOT to begin renovating Graff and Infantry bridges April 22

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has announced it will begin work April 22 on rehabilitating the Graff and Infantry bridges in Armstrong County.

As part of construction, the Route 8008 ramp is expected to close April 28 through spring 2026. In addition, both projects will result in 12-foot lane width restrictions on US 422 East and West and on Route 66 North and South.

Construction is expected to cost $45.6 million and finish in November 2027.
