Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
April 3 — Yuvaraj Srinivasan, 37, of Mars, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and probable cause in a domestic violence case following an April 2 incident. Police said Srinivasan slapped a woman four times.
April 3 — John Jackson III, 64, of Mars, was charged with two misdemeanor driving under the influence counts following a March 31 incident. Police said Jackson had a blood alcohol content of 0.254%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
April 4 — David D. Coss, 57, of Mars, was charged with two misdemeanor driving under the influence counts following a March 17 traffic stop. Police said Coss had a blood alcohol content of 0.146%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
April 8 — Michael J. Garth, 24, of Butler, was charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor theft following an April 8 incident. Police said Garth entered a building unauthorized and had two pink highlighters, a pencil, a box of bandages and a First Energy safety vest.
3:03 p.m. April 11 — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on New Castle Road in front of Eat’n Park. Police said Brittany Giordon, 36, of Butler, was driving a Dodge van westbound when she rear-ended the Ford Truck of Kelly Hilliard, 48, of Evans City, who was stopped in traffic. Police said both Giordon and Hilliard had juveniles in the car, and at least one juvenile sustained a head injury of unknown severity. Giordon’s vehicle was towed from the scene.
April 2 — Ashton C. Yandel, 33, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief following a Feb. 16 incident. Police said Yandel stole a Sony PlayStation 5 and associated equipment worth $733.95 and returned it damaged days later.
April 2 — Bradley R. Dostlik, 37, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following a Jan. 26 incident. Police said Dostlik stole $390.61 of merchandise from Giant Eagle.
April 3 — Calvin C. Delprete, 29, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Police said Delprete’s German Shepard on multiple occasions escaped the house and was seen running around unleashed.
April 2 — Albert R. McKnight III, 30, of Prospect, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol following a July 21 crash in Brady Township. Police said McKnight had a blood alcohol content of 0.123% within two hours of the crash. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
April 2 — Philip A. Sherwin, 33, of Gibsonia, was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence following a Feb. 19 crash in Parker Township. Police said Sherwin showed signs of impairment but refused a chemical blood test.
April 2 — April D. Hemphill, 39, of West Sunbury, was charged with two misdemeanor driving under the influence counts following a March 12 incident in Concord Township. Police said Hemphill’s blood tested positive for fentanyl.
April 2 — Victor R. Harris-Berry, 36, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a March 31 incident in Concord Township. Police said Harris-Berry kicked a woman in the knee.
April 2 — Alyson K. Fennell, 21, of Chicora, was charged with two misdemeanor driving under the influence counts following a March 31 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Fennell had a blood alcohol content of 0.172%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
April 2 — Riley A. Mar Gladkoff, 20, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a March 30 traffic stop in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Gladkoff had a small glass container of THC wax, a small green grinder with suspected marijuana residue and a multicolored glass smoking device.
April 2 — Shaley N. Tarr, 39, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor driving under the influence counts following a March 17 crash in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Tarr had a blood alcohol content of 0.251%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
April 4 — Ryan A. Williams, 46, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor terroristic threats and two misdemeanor counts of simple assault following an April 1 incident in Brady Township. Police said Williams threatened to shoot a woman and hit her with a broom stick.
April 3 — Steven T. Guthrie Sr., 43, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor operating a vehicle without ignition interlock following a March 29 traffic stop. Police said Guthrie did not have an ignition interlock installed on the vehicle when one is required.
