Kenneth Fredenburg, 85, of Saxonburg, passed away Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at the Seasons of Saxonburg.

Born Feb. 1, 1940, in New York, he was the son of Eyelyn (Maude) Bennett.

Ken served his country in the U.S. Navy. He worked as a computer programmer for PPG. He was secretary of the Saxonburg Monday Night Golf League for many years and he was a longtime member of a traveling pool league.

Surviving are his loving wife of 34 years, Sheldine Doerr; stepson Daniel (Cheryl) Pflueger of Saxonburg; stepdaughter, Lisa (Tom, deceased) Righi of Saxonburg; siblings, Donald Fredenburg, Robert Bennett, Janice Lottermann, Carl Bennett, Patrice Palmer and Candace Eichhorn; eight grandchildren, Andrew, Jaye, Daniele, Nik, Allyssa, Chad, Marissa and Damon; and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother; his first wife, Joyce Fulk; daughter, Amy Shiring; and brother, Douglas Lee Bennett.

FREDENBURG — Friends of Kenneth Fredenburg, who died Tuesday, April 15, 2025, will be received from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, April 18, at FOX FUNERAL HOME, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. A funeral service will follow at 7:30 p.m. with Pastor Carmen Shullo Sr. officiating.
