Police Reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

State police, Butler

April 2 — April D. Hemphill, 39, of West Sunbury, was charged with two misdemeanor driving under the influence counts following a March 12 incident in Concord Township. Police said Hemphill’s blood tested positive for fentanyl.

April 2 — Victor R. Harris-Berry, 36, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a March 31 incident in Concord Township. Police said Harris-Berry kicked a woman in the knee.

April 2 — Alyson K. Fennell, 21, of Chicora, was charged with two misdemeanor driving under the influence counts following a March 31 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Fennell had a blood alcohol content of 0.172%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

April 2 — Riley A. Mar Gladkoff, 20, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a March 30 traffic stop in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Gladkoff had a small glass container of THC wax, a small green grinder with suspected marijuana residue and a multicolored glass smoking device.

April 2 — Shaley N. Tarr, 39, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor driving under the influence counts following a March 17 crash in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Tarr had a blood alcohol content of 0.251%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

April 4 — Ryan A. Williams, 46, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor terroristic threats and two misdemeanor counts of simple assault following an April 1 incident in Brady Township. Police said Williams threatened to shoot a woman and hit her with a broomstick.

April 3 — Steven T. Guthrie Sr., 43, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor operating a vehicle without ignition interlock following a March 29 traffic stop. Police said Guthrie did not have an ignition interlock installed on the vehicle when one is required.
