Staley

With heavy hearts, we announce that Robin Lee (Cornelius) Staley, of Kitty Hawk, N.C., formerly of Harrisville, passed away at her home Wednesday, March 26, 2025.

Robin is survived by her mother, Elizabeth “Jean” (Ruggles) Cornelius; her three daughters, Maria, Angela and Gina Staley; her sister, Laurie (Cornelius) Filer; her two brothers, Robert “Boomer” Cornelius and Daniel Cornelius; and her two grandchildren, Zackary and Alexis.

She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Lee Cornelius.

A memorial service/celebration of life will be held from 1:30 to 4 p.m. Friday, April 18, at the Harrisville Fire Hall, Harrisville.

Family and friends are welcome to come pay their respects and say “goodbye.”
