Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
April 8 — Luke M. Enders, 26, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 28 traffic stop. Police said Enders had a blood alcohol content of 0.146%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
April 9 — Christine M. Marino, 43, was charged with misdemeanor theft following an April 1 incident. Police said Marino utilized the Slippery Rock Ambulance Service for transport to Allegheny Health Network Hospital in Grove City and was issued a check by her insurance company to pay for the service but failed to submit it. The total amount owed is more than $1,000.
April 9 — Richard R. Berry Jr., 62, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft related to an April 1 incident. Police said Berry utilized the Slippery Rock Ambulance Service for transport to Allegheny Health Network Hospital in Grove City and was issued a check by her insurance company to pay for the service but failed to submit it. The total amount owed is around $750.
April 9 — Lennie R. Lambert, 53, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault after a March 19 incident in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Lambert pointed a firearm at a man during an argument.
April 9 — Thomas M. Ravey, 67, of Allison Park, was charged with three misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol after an Aug. 26, 2023, crash in Jackson Township. Police said Ravey tested positive for marijuana and had a blood alcohol content of 0.137% two hours after the crash. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
