Heidi Flinn
Heidi A. Flinn, 85, of Slippery Rock, passed away Sunday, April 13, 2025, at Newhaven Court at Clearview in Butler.
Heidi was born Aug. 5, 1939, to the late Heinz and Anna Strunz in Nuremberg, Germany.
She loved spending time with her family, friends and her cats. Heidi was a talented gardener who treasured her time in the outdoors, tending to her various flower and vegetable gardens. She loved hiking at Jennings nature reserve.
Heidi excelled at knitting and many other crafts she enjoyed. Above all, she spent time spoiling her family and friends with her elaborate meals and delicious baked goods. All those who knew her will dearly miss her kindness, laughter and positive spirit.
Heidi is survived by her children, Anita (Chet) Cyga, Charles (Tina) Flinn III and Brian Flinn; sister, Inge Enea; and several nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Charles Flinn Jr.; and grandson, Connor Flinn.
FLINN — The family of Heidi A. Flinn, who died Sunday, April 13, 2025, will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the time of service at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 26, at SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 421 New Castle St., Slippery Rock.
A celebration of life service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
