Police reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

April 11 — John Jackson III, 64, of Mars, was charged with one count each of felony DUI and misdemeanor DUI following an April 11 traffic stop. Police said Jackson had a blood alcohol content of 0.170%, and it was his third DUI in 10 years. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

State police, Butler

April 10 — Tasha N. Darrah, 47, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol related to a Dec. 28 crash in Evans City. Police said Darrah showed signs of impairment and admitted she was drunk, but her blood sample could not be tested.

April 11 — Charles J. Rogan, 45, of Portersville, was charged with misdemeanor DUI related to an April 11 crash in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Rogan showed signs of impairment, but his blood test results had not yet been obtained at the time of the report.

April 14 — Jazsmyne S. Young, 25, of Cabot, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 24 crash in Winfield Township. Police said Young tested positive for marijuana and had a blood alcohol content of 0.177%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

April 14 — Joshua M. Atwell, 30, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest related to an April 12 incident in Clay Township. Police said Atwell pulled away from an officer and had a blood alcohol content of 0.27%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
