Richard and Nancy Stroup, of Chicora, celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary April 22.

Richard Stroup married the former Nancy Deary on April 22, 1957, at First Methodist Church of Butler. The Stroups have two children: Kimberly Munoz, of Ashburn, Va.; and the late Christopher Stroup. They also have three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Richard Stroup is retired from Armco, where he worked for 40 years. Nancy Stroup is a retired housewife.
