Albert Hensch
Albert James Hensch, 77, of Cranberry Township, passed away after a short illness on Sunday, Oct. 24, 2021, in the comfort of his home surrounded by his family.
Born on March 8, 1944, in Lawrenceville, he was the son of the late Bernard Claude Hensch and Marie Catherine Waters Hensch.
Al married Michaelyn “Mickie” Flynn Hensch on Sept. 17, 1966, and they cherished 55 years together.Al is also survived by his son, Michael Albert Hensch; his daughter, Cheri Renee (William) Davis; his sister, Mary “Kathy” Boggess; his granddogs, Ru and Libby; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.In addition to his parents, Al was preceded in death by his two brothers, Bernard C. Hensch and Robert M. Hensch; and his sister, Patricia Hensch Puszko.Al proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1962 until 1965.He was employed as a truck driver for over 50 years.Al enjoyed football, playing the lottery, and watching “Seinfeld” and “Jeopardy.” Above all, he enjoyed cooking family dinners, spending time with his family and helping others.Al will be remembered for his faith in God, his unforgettable smile and laugh, and his sense of humor. He always took care of everyone, and most of all, was a great husband, dad, friend and neighbor.His words to live by were, “If you aren't early, you're late!”HENSCH — Friends of Albert James Hensch, who died Sunday, Oct. 24, 2021, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Boylan-Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Gregory Catholic Church, 2 W.
