Frank M. Crouch
Frank M. Crouch, 79, of Butler, formerly of Saxonburg, died Friday at Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot.
Born Nov. 27, 1929, in Cosco, he was the son of John Crouch and Jenny (Greene) Crouch.
He worked as a conductor for Bessemer & Lake Erie Railroad, retiring after 35 years. He also was a driver for North American Van Lines for seven years.
He attended Westminster Presbyterian Church.
He enjoyed attending his children's and grandchildren's sporting events and also was an avid reader.
Surviving are three sons, John Clayton (Nancy) Crouch of Glen Allen, Va., Stan (Beth) Crouch of Saxonburg, and Michael (Kris) Crouch of Saxonburg, two daughters, Vicky (Gerald) Osche of New Castle, and Jennifer (Jim) Kopac of Saxonburg; a brother, David Crouch of Orlando, Fla.; 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and his sweetie, Wanda Spithaler of Butler.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Verla (Kozusko) Crouch on March 4, 1997; his parents; a son, Frank Jr.; two sisters, Alfreda and Althea; and two brothers, George and Jack.
