Patricia A. Curcio
Patricia A. (Soley) Curcio, 86, of Butler died Sunday morning at the Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot.
Born April 5, 1929, in Lyndora, she was a daughter of the late John Soley Sr. and Julia (Zavacky) Soley.
Patricia was a homemaker and mother, and had previously worked at Jack and Jill Cleaners and also Waylon's Drugstore, both in Butler.
She was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler, was an avid bingo player and bowler.
Surviving are her husband of 56 years, Michael Curcio; three daughters, Mary Ann Gaiser and Michael, Susan “Susie” Curcio and Nancy Curcio, all of Butler; one son, Michael J. Curcio and Diane of Kentucky; four grandchildren, Christopher Gaiser and Elizabeth Gaiser, both of Butler, and Steven Curcio and Ethan Curcio, both of Kentucky; two great-grandchildren, Chance Gaiser and Ava Smith, both of Butler; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, six sisters and two nieces.
CURCIO — Friends of Patricia A. (Soley) Curcio, who died Sunday, Oct. 11, 2015, will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 1 p.m. at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 N. McKean St., Butler.Entombment will follow in the Mausoleum of Calvary Cemetery, Butler.St. Paul's Catholic Women and Christian Mothers will meet at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at the church to recite the rosary.Her family requests that donations be made to the Good Samaritan Hospice, 134 Marwood Road, Cabot, PA 16023.
