No one injured in 3-vehicle crash on Rt 8

BUTLER - Three vehicles were involved in an accident on Route 8 this morning.

A red Honda Odyssey from Golden Oldies DJ Services was traveling north in the left lane before it stopped to make a left turn near Butler Tires for Less.

A grey Honda CR-V stopped behind it, but a white Ford SUV didn't.

The Ford, which had four people in it, sustained front edge damage when it hit the Honda CR-V, causing the CR-V to hit the red Honda Odyssey. The Odyssey had rear damage. The Odyssey had both front and rear damage.

There was one person in each the Odyssey and the CR-V.

Officials said there were a few complaints of minor injuries, but no one had yet been transported to a hospital.

The 911 call came in at about 8:30 a.m., it took more than a half hour to clear the road. In the meantime, traffic was directed around the accident.
