Patricia Renick, 61, of Butler passed away at 12:22 p.m. Monday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

She was born July 24, 1950, in Butler, to the late Ellis Querry and Viola (Reddick) Querry.

Patricia was an author.

She is survived by one daughter, Julie and her husband, Bob, Codispot; one grandson, Robert Mackalica; one brother, Donald and his wife, Carol, Querry; one sister-in-law, Shirely Dunlevy; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Charles Dunlevy, and one nephew, Davie Querry.
