Frederick L. Bright

Frederick L. Bright, 68, of Zelienople passed away Tuesday morning at his home.

Born on March 3, 1946, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Irvin H. and Margaret Gibson Bright.

He was a Protestant.

He retired with 23 years of service from the Gulf Oil Corp. as an electrician.

Mr. Bright was a private in the U.S. Army, serving in the Vietnam War.

Mr. Bright had a love for classic cars and oldies music. He also played the guitar.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother.

He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Kay vonStein, who he married on June 1, 1968; his daughter, Stacey (John) Lincoln of Cranberry Township; his brother, Stephen (Pam) Bright of Bethel Park; his cherished granddaughter, Emma Rose Lincoln; his three nieces; and his three nephews.

BRIGHT — The friends of Frederick L. Bright, who passed away Tuesday. Feb. 10, 2015, will be received from 1 to 3 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to the time of services at 8 p.m. Thursday at the A.
