11:15 p.m. Tuesday — A10-year-old boy is accused of hitting a Butler woman with an egg he allegedly tossed out the window of a West North Street home. Police said the 20-year-old woman, who was walking past the house, suffered minor injuries to her elbow.The boy admitted he was throwing eggs, one that also apparently hit a parked vehicle.
9:16 p.m. Sunday — Raymundo Perez, 50, of Butler was arrested for driving under the influence on North Main Street. Police also cited Perez for speeding and an open container violation.
3:15 a.m. Wednesday — Acar driven by Jessica Barber, 20, of Butler struck a utility pole along Route 173 near Ralston Road in Slippery Rock Township.Wednesday — Vice officers at the Butler barracks arrested Ginger Kilroy, 28, at her Voskamp Street home on Pittsburgh's North Side.Police said the arrest followed Kilroy's alleged sale Feb. 22 of $200 in crack cocaine to an undercover officer at Route 356 and Saxonburg Road in Butler Township.Kilroy is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility. The defendant was placed in the Butler County Prison in connection with the charges as well as a separate bench warrant.Wednesday — Police reported that 15-year-old Maxwell Bowser is considered a runaway after leaving his parents' home on Carbon Center Road in Clearfield Township between 7:30 and 8 a.m. Saturday.Police said the boy was last seen Sunday in the area of Benbrook Road. The teen is white, about 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 160 pounds. He has fair skin and a blonde crew cut. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt with a white logo, camouflage cargo shorts and a blue baseball cap with a Corona logo.Anyone with information about the boy's whereabouts is asked to call the barracks at 724-284-8100.9:10 a.m. Tuesday — Acar driven by Andrea Gerchman-Geathers, 38, of Sarver and a sport utility vehicle driven by Susan Fullerton, 40, of West Sunbury collided at Route 356 and Winfield Road in Winfield Township. Both drivers, who were wearing seat belts, suffered minor injuries.Tuesday — An unknown thief between June 7 and Tuesday stole 50 stainless steel fence posts from the Williams Road home of William Brethauer in Muddy Creek Township.9:38 p.m. Monday — Donna Planke, 39 of Emlenton was arrested for hitting her daughter, Shannon Hermanson, 19, during an altercation at Herman's home on Lee Lane in Parker Township.Police said the argument, allegedly over Hermanson's horse, ended with the daughter suffering an apparent broken nose and other facial injuries. Planke is charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.2:45 a.m. Monday — Four people were injured when an SUVcrashed and rolled over on Christy Road near Stewart Road in Washington Township.A15-year-old Butler girl riding in the vehicle was flown by medical helicopter with serious injuries to Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh. Police did not identify the girl, who was not wearing a seat belt.Driver Paul Dillingham Jr., 19, and two other passengers — a 12-year-old SlipperyRock boy and a second 15-year-old Butler girl — all suffered minor injuries.2 a.m. Monday — An Allegheny County man faces drug-related and other charges following a traffic stop on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township.Police said they found suspected marijuana, drug paraphernalia and beer in the vehicle driven by Jeffrey Mazzel, 57, of McKeesport.Also in the vehicle were three youths, two of whom, 15 and 16 years old, police noted had been drinking.Mazzel was arraigned on charges of corruption of minors and possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia; he was later placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bond.12:40 a.m. Monday — Amotorcycle driven by Richard Regalski Jr., 37, of Slippery Rock crashed into a wooden fence at Byers and Mahood roads in Clay Township. Regalski was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital for a cut leg.Monday — A3,500-watt generator, valued at $1,000, was stolen between 9 p.m. Sunday and noon Monday from the yard at the Hawk Drive home of Paul Hawk in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Hawk was renting the generator owned by Grand Rental Station of Butler.Monday — Approximately 30 pounds of copper and 200 pounds of brass were stolen between 4 p.m. Saturday and 8 p.m. Monday from Stanzione Scrap Metal and Iron on Brewer Road in Clinton Township. Police said the stolen metal is valued at $1,000.Monday — Several power tools and assorted construction materials were stolen between 10 a.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Monday from the Marwood Road home of Judith Simpson in Winfield Township.Monday — Unknown vandals between midnight and 6 a.m. spray-painted several mailboxes along Claytonia Road in Clay Township.12:01 a.m. Sunday — John Lusk, 46, was arrested for allegedly assaulting Andrea Minehart, 49, during a domestic dispute at their Elliott Road home in Center Township. Police said Minehart suffered minor injuries. Lusk is charged with simple assault and terroristic threats.Sunday — Justin Kobik, 26, of Saxonburg was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on West Main Street in Saxonburg.Sunday — Stephen Peffer, 35, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of DUI on Route 356 in Butler.9:30 p.m. Saturday — Douglas E. Boyer, 45, of Slippery Rock was arrested for suspicion of DUI after a minor crash on McCoy Road in Worth Township.2 a.m. Saturday — Someone set fire to a small bag placed on the porch at the Main Street home of Cathy Ealy in Bruin. Police said the house was not damaged.11:02 a.m. June 18 — An SUVdriven by Nicole Netz, 22, of SlipperyRock crashed into an embankment on Route 528 near Barkley Road in Brady Township.
1:50 p.m. Tuesday — An unidentified 16-year-old was arrested for allegedly assaulting Stacey Uncapher, 33, of Rimersburg during an altercation about 1:10 a.m. at Medardo Estates in Rimersburg, Clarion County. Police said the teen is charged with simple assault.State Police, KittanningMonday — Police charged Rebecca Laughlin, 33, of Freeport with driving under the influence following a May 29 traffic stop on Route 28 at the Slate Lick exit in South Buffalo Township, Armstrong County.
