Willford J. 'Spokes' Charmley
Willford J. “Spokes” Charmley, 59, of Butler died Wednesday at his home of natural causes.
He was born Aug. 1, 1953, in Cleveland, Ohio, and was the son of the late Willford J. and Anne Destro Charmley.
He was a Christian.
Spokes was the former owner of a motorcycle shop in Pittsburgh, called the Wood N Spokes.
He was a member of Christian Motorcycles of America. He loved riding motorcycles, fishing and boating.
He is survived by his three children, Rose (Jeff) Olszyk, Willford (Brittany) Charmley and David (Andrea) Braden, all of Butler; one sister, Margaret (John) Elrod of Ohio; and four brothers, Joseph (Pam) Charmley of Pittsburgh, Tony (Elaine) Charmley, Larry Charmley and John (Margaret) Charmley, all of Ohio. Also surviving are the mother of his children, Debra L. Charmley of Slippery Rock and four grandchildren, Austin, Naomi, Hunter and Willford, who is soon to arrive.
CHARMLEY — The family of Willford J. “Spokes” Charmley, who passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2013, will receive friends and relatives from 2 to 4 and 7 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday at the A. Carl Kinsey-Ronald N. Volz Funeral Home, 328 W. Main St., Evans City.Services will follow at the funeral home with the Rev.
