BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

David K. Arnold, 35, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Dec. 16 by state police.

Herman F. Espy III, 25, of Huntingdon, Pa., waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and careless driving, filed Dec. 16 by township police.

Vincent P. Greco, 34, of New Castle waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and making an improper turn, filed Dec. 19 by township police.

Shane A. McCommon, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia, careless driving, reckless driving and three stop sign violations, filed Jan. 9 by township police.

Heidi R. Montgomery, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Jan. 5 by township police.

Tiffany M. Monz, 34, of Cranberry Township waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Sept. 19 by township police.

David A. Morrow, 31, of Slippery Rock waived to court 16 counts each of burglary, trespass, theft and receiving stolen property and nine counts of criminal mischief, filed Jan. 29 by township police.

Carrie R. Nelson, 32, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 15 by township police. Nelson was ordered to pay $607 in fines and court costs.

Bradley J. Newcamp. 28, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 10 by township police. Newcamp was ordered to pay $583.50 in fines and court costs.

Kevin G. Willacy, 49, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Nov. 2 by township police. Willacy was ordered to pay $221.50 in fines and court costs.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases:Kathy Ann Burkett, 51, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft, filed Oct. 9.Lauren N. Cardona, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft, filed Oct. 9.Brandon J. Gurowski, 22, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property filed Oct. 27.Paul R. Homa Jr., 54, of West Sunbury was held for court on 20 counts of illegally possessing a firearm and charges of possessing with intent to deliver and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 6.Douglas M. McBride, 29, of Chicora was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, hit-and-run, improperly abandoning a vehicle, failing to keep right and careless driving, filed Dec. 1.Karissa N. Morrow, 26, of Karns City waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Dec. 23.Kyle B. Snow, 20, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and attempted theft, filed Jan. 26.Randy M. Jackson Township police on Sept. 29 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.Charles Edward Mackalica, 28, of Butler waived his case to court. Evans City police on Dec. 2 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.Garett Lynn Lemmon, 20, of Prospect waived his case to court. Lancaster Township police on Jan. 26 charged him with burglary, receiving stolen property and conspiracy.Scott Allen Wellington, 32, of Sewickley waived his case to court.
