1:50 p.m. Tuesday — Mark B. Coulter, 44, was arrested at his apartment in the 300 block of East Locust Street after allegedly threatening to kill his former girlfriend, 35-year-old Lori Kindelberger of Butler. Coulter was arraigned on a charge of terrorist threats, and released on his own recognizance.Tuesday — An Apple iPod car charger and hooded sweat shirt worth a combined $45 were stolen from a West Sunbury man's unlocked vehicle at a Center Avenue parking lot. The vehicle's registration and insurance cards also were taken.Tuesday — An unidentified vehicle overnight struck and damaged the rear driver's side bumper of a car parked at a home on Linden Avenue. The unknown driver did not stop. The hit-and-run crash happened between 8 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. Tuesday.Tuesday — An unknown thief swiped three plastic candy canes that were part of a Christmas decoration display in the front yard at a home on Ridge Avenue.

Monday — Police filed drunken driving and other charges against Kristoffer Ion, 21, of Butler stemming from an Oct. 28 crash on Pierce Avenue.In addition to driving under the influence, Ion is charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, possession of a forged or altered license plate, driving with a suspended license and careless driving.

5:07 p.m. Friday — George Boyles, no age or address given, suffered minor injuries when a car rear-ended the vehicle he was driving on East Main Street near Memorial Street. Nichole Smith, no age or address given, was the other driver.Friday — An undisclosed amount of money was stolen in a burglary at Click Chiropractic on North Broad Street. The break-in happened between 11 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-458-7925Thursday — A youth's yellow, Hummer H16 bicycle with red brakes was found in the 100 block of South Broad Street. The owner can claim the bike by calling police.Dec. 3 — An unknown thief stole a wallet from an unlocked vehicle in the 100 block of Chestnut Street. The theft happened between 5 p.m. Dec. 2 and 6:30 a.m. Dec. 3.

2:55 p.m. Monday — Maxine E. Richardson, 85, of Emlenton, Venango County, was hurt when her car struck a utility pole head-on on Route 38 just southwest of Parsonville Road in Washington Township.Richardson, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. She was cited for a lane violation.6 a.m. Monday — A car driven by John A. Heigl, 23, of Slippery Rock crashed into a tree along Stoughton Road east of Crocker Road in Slippery Rock Township. He fled after the crash. He was later found and cited for failing to immediately notify police of an accident, driving at an unsafe speed and a lane violation.Sunday — A CB radio was stolen from a tractor truck parked overnight at the Pilot Travel Center on Route 422 in Muddy Creek Township. Also taken from the truck were diesel exhaust fluid, engine oil, marker lights and a raincoat. The theft happened between 9 p.m. Saturday and noon Sunday.8 p.m. Saturday — An unidentified vehicle crashed into a retaining wall in the yard of a home on Little Creek Road just west of Crab Run Road in Lancaster Township. The driver sped away, traveling through the yard and causing property damage.Anyone with information about the hit-and-run crash is asked to call police at 724-284-8100.

2:18 p.m. Monday — Rebecca M. Johnson, 29, and a 4-year-old boy, both of Parker, were injured in a rear-end collision in Monroe Township.The crash happened when a car driven by Denise Martz, 20, of New Bethlehem struck the back of a car that Johnson was driving at Route 68 and Dolby Street.Johnson, who was wearing a seat belt, and the boy, who was in a child safety seat, were taken to Clarion Hospital with minor injuries. Martz was cited for driving too fast for conditions.6 p.m. Sunday — A thief stole a Rimersburg woman's dog on Route 68 in Toby Township.

4:16 p.m. Sunday — One person was hurt in a two-vehicle collision on George Junior Road at the Pine Grove Shopping Plaza in Pine Township. The crash happened when a sport utility vehicle driven by Merry J. Williamson, 76, of Grove City struck a car driven by Alice K. Thompson, 55, of Mercer.Thompson, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to UPMC Greenville hospital with unknown injuries. Williamson was cited for careless driving.2:13 a.m. Sunday — Unknown burglars stole a safe from an office at Rachel's Roadhouse on Route 19 in Springfield Township.

2 a.m. Saturday — Dustin Jacobs-Jordan was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after a one-vehicle crash on Route 488 near Wehman Lane in Perry Township.
