Staryat, Staggers
Kristin Staryat of Butler and Michael Staggers of Carmichaels were united in marriage Aug. 13 at Greystone Fields in Gibsonia. The Rev. Jeff Hughes officiated. A reception followed at the Greystone Fields.
The bride is the daughter of Michael Staryat and Rena Staryat, both of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Dave and Martha Staggers of Carmichaels.
The honor attendant was Nicole Bosi of Pittsburgh. Bridesmaids included Tanya VanWormer of Franklin, Paige Sleigher, Jennifer Brison and Mara Flick, all of Butler.
The flower girl was Hayden Rudolph of Franklin.
Performing the duties of best man was Dave Staggers of Carmichaels. Ushers included TJ Johnson of Morgantown, W.Va., Rob Husenits of Carmichaels, Frankie Bialko of Pittsburgh, TJ Dulaney of Brownsville, CJ Sanner of Carmichaels and Freddie Waine of Washington.
The ring bearer was Stephen Lewis of Carmichaels.
The bride is a 1999 graduate of Butler High School. She is employed by Key Point Government Solutions in Slippery Rock.
The bridegroom graduated from Carmichaels Area High School in 2002. He is employed by Local 66-International Union of Operating Engineers in Western Pennsylvania.
Following a honeymoon trip to Riviera Maya in Cancun, Mexico, the couple is making their home in Butler.
