Jeffrey Scott Hazlet

Jeffrey Scott Hazlet, 44, of West Sunbury died Thursday as the result of an automobile accident.

Born July 18, 1965, in Butler, he was the son of George A. and Patricia (Hiles) Hazlet of West Sunbury.

He was a member of the Concord United Presbyterian Church.

He worked at Bear Metallurgical and was a farmer.

He also was a member of the Angus Association and Beef Quality Assurance.

Surviving are his wife, Amy L. (Oesterling) Hazlet, who he married Oct. 2, 2004; two sons, Jeffrey Scott Hazlet Jr. and Cody Alexander Hazlet, both at home; his parents; three sisters, Mrs. John (Sherry) Kozakovsky of Seneca, Tracy Hazlet of Gibsonia and Mrs. Douglas (Wendy Sue) Protzman of West Sunbury; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

<B>HAZLET</B> — Friends of Jeffrey Scott Hazlet, who died Thursday, Jan. 21, 2010, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the <B>YOUNG Funeral Home</B>, 132 Main St., West Sunbury. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Concord United Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Robert V. Mathias officiating. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Jeff's family, c/o Concord United Presbyterian Church, 625 Hooker Road, West Sunbury, PA 16061.
