Doris Jane Lesnett Heller
Doris Jane Lesnett Heller, 72, of Portersville passed away unexpectantly early Wednesday morning at AGH in Pittsburgh of natural causes.
Born June 25, 1944, in Portersville, she was the daughter of Roy C. Lesnett Sr. of Harlansburg and the late Gladys Jones Lesnett.
Doris was Presbyterian, and she enjoyed her family, grandchildren, casinos and bowling.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her children, James Heller Jr. of Portersville and Daniel (Shelly) Heller of Volant; her fiancé, Ray Bates of Portersville; her five grandchildren, Ian Davis, Andrew Davis, Zachery Davis, Garrett Heller and Shane Heller; her siblings, Roy C. (Bonnie) Lesnett Jr., Henry (Drema) Lesnett, Art (Patti) Lesnett, Sandy Savannah, all of Harlansburg, and Sue (John) McMurdy of Prospect; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, James S. Heller Sr., who passed away Aug. 10, 2005; and her daughter, Judy Davis.
HELLER — Family and friends of Doris Jane Heller, who died Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2016, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Edward L. Raisley Funeral Home, 387 Main St., Prospect.Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
