Butler County Common Pleas Judge William Shaffer handed down the following sentences on Wednesday:

Albert Fleeger, 45, of Slippery Rock was sentenced to five days to six months in jail, a $300 fine and 60 hours of community service for driving under the influence. Fleeger was immediately paroled with the first 14 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring. Fleeger was charged Nov. 5 and pleaded guilty Feb. 24.

Lisa Divittorio, 22, of Monroeville was sentenced to a total of two years of probation for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. Divittorio was charged May 23, 2019, and pleaded guilty Feb. 12.
