Linda Marie Lawson
Linda Marie Lawson, 66, of Zelienople passed away on Friday, May 7, 2021, while under the care of UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Township.
Born Dec. 20, 1954, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Harland Owens and Katherine D’Amico Owens.
Linda was a faithful woman, who enjoyed nature and gardening. Always putting others before herself, she never turned her back on anyone who needed a helping hand, whether they were a family member or a friend. Above all, she was a caring and loving wife, mother and grandmother, who will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved husband of 47 years, David E. Lawson, whom she married Aug. 4, 1973; her children, Tammy (Timothy) Graham of Syracuse, N.Y., Donna (William Jr.) Wolkan of Forward Township, and Jason (Emily) Lawson of Grove City; her grandchildren, who affectionately called her “Meme,” Courtney and Brandon Druschel, Austin Lawson, Destiny Lawson-Robles, Hannah Graham, Haily Lawson, Lily Lawson, Ava Wolkan, Elijah Lawson, Ella Wolkan and Zoey Lawson; her great-grandchildren, Ellie Gustina and Bailey Austin; her brothers, William Gentillie and Harland “Herky” Owens Jr.; her sisters, Barb Kubek and Karen Dennerlein; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her son, David E. Lawson Jr.
LAWSON — A celebration of life service for Linda Marie Lawson, who died Friday, May 7, 2021, will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at Dutilh United Methodist Church, 1270 Dutilh Road, Cranberry Township. Attendees are required to wear facial coverings.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Boylan-Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township.
