An Ace Hardware store is set to open in the Greater Butler Mart shopping center in Butler Township. The Brandywine Agency, which owns the mall under Greater Butler Mart Holdings LLC, would only confirm a lease has been signed. “We did execute a lease with Ace,” said Brandywine CEO George Arendas. “That’s all I’m going to tell you.” Messages left with the company’s corporate office were not returned.DAVE PRELOSKY/BUTLER EAGLE
