Kenneth L. Purvis

Kenneth L. Purvis, 78, of Cranberry Township passed away suddenly on Wednesday.

Mr. Purvis was born on July 6, 1940, the son of Ross and Dorothy Purvis.

He was the owner of Ken's Auto Parts in Cranberry Township from 1968 until 1988. After that, he changed careers and operated Purvis Heating and Cooling, until his retirement.

He loved to ride his Honda Gold Wing and more recently, his Can-Am Spyder. He participated in the Honda Gold Wing Club rides and their fundraiser.

He always had a joke to tell and a smile on his face.

He was the beloved husband of the late Nancy Purvis; loving father of Kate Purvis, Karen Purvis, Kenneth L. (Tina) Purvis Jr. and Kimberly (Duane) Krautter; caring grandfather (Pap) of Sean (Kathy) Kort, Michael (Lindsay) Kort, Cali Krautter, Tara (Carmen) Bruno and Travis (Brianna) Barkley, Alexes, and Jasmine; great-grandfather of Ava, Isabella, Gianni, Evie, Ethan, Pierce, Donna, Gunner, Bruce and McKenzie.
