Donna Lynn Henry Elser, 50, of Prospect went to be with her Heavenly Father early today after a brave and courageous battle with cancer. She was greeted there by many who helped her grow in her faith and taught her about her loving Lord and Savior.

Donna brought God's beauty and grace to this earth in many ways throughout her life. She raised four children with her devoted and ever-loving husband, William Gerard Elser III. She found peace when she was in her flower garden, and she found joy when she put smiles on faces as Country Bumpkin the Clown.

Donna Lynn Elser is survived by her husband, whom she married Feb. 9, 1979; her children, Mrs. David (Colleen) Lutsko of Monaca, Mrs. John (Brittany) Rovan of Johnstown, Shane Elser, Quintin Elser, and Sammantha Vanover, all of Prospect; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Henry of Wexford; and her sisters, Mrs. Richard (Loretta) Hayes of Allison Park, Mrs. Marc (Eileen) Ranalli of Gibsonia, Mrs. Gerry (Sandra) Briggs of Mount Lebanon, and Mrs. Richard (Christine) Szwaczkowski of Evans City.

She will be missed by many, but we will cherish our memories and look forward to the day she will greet us at the pearly gates.

<B>ELSER</B> — Friends of Donna Lynn Elser, who died Friday, Feb. 8, 2008, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at <B>Jay Bryan Funeral Home</B>, 443 Main St., Prospect. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Harmony-Zelienople United Methodist Church with the Rev. John Jeffers officiating. Burial will follow at St. Johns Lutheran Stone Church, Prospect.
