Ealy

Gladys Sarah Timblin Ealy, 80, of Chicora died at 4:59 p.m. Thursday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born April 17, 1928, in Beaver Falls, she was the daughter of Joseph and Florence Marie Wolford Timblin.

She was a homemaker. She had worked at the Nixon Hotel, W.C. Grant's and Murphy's, all in Butler. She also worked for May Sterns and in other various jobs.

She is survived by her husband, Robert H. Ealy of Chicora, whom she married Aug. 12, 1951; three daughters, Paula Ealy of Chicora, Dolores Rhinebolt and her companion, Jeff Cihonski, of Butler, and Mary Rhinebolt and her companion, Mark Weiland, of Butler; two sons, Dennis Ealy Sr. and his girlfriend, Theresa Guiste of Butler, and Alan K. Ealy of Mercer; one sister, Alice Timblin of Volant; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by four sons, two sisters and one brother.

<B>EALY</B> — Friends of Gladys Sarah Timblin Ealy, who died Thursday, July 10, 2008, will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at <B>Steighner Funeral Home</B>, 111 E. Slippery Rock St., Chicora.Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at St. John's Reformed Church, 334 W. Slippery Rock St., Chicora, with the Rev. John Pistorius, paster, officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Reformed Church Cemetery.
