Gladys M. Davis

Gladys M. Davis, 89, of Worthington passed away Thursday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

She was born Jan. 20, 1924, in Cowansville to the late John and Gladys (Montgomery) Taylor.

She was a lifetime member of the Union First Presbyterian Church in Cowansville. She was a member of the Golden Links at her church and a member of the Eastern Star.

She enjoyed quilting and card games.

She is survived by her children, John (Jacquie) Davis of Cowansville, Ralph (Rose) Davis of Worthington and Janet (Bob) Jesteadt of Prospect; 14 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren and one great-great-great-grandchild.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Walter Davis; one great-granddaughter, Paige Organ; and one daughter-in-law, Gerri Davis.

DAVIS — Friends of Gladys M. Davis of Worthington, who passed away Thursday, April 25, 2013, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the SNYDER-CRISSMAN FUNERAL HOME in Cowansville.A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Mary Marks King officiating. Interment will be in the Montgomery Cemetery.
