Rhonda J. Lang
Rhonda J. Lang, 71, of Cabot, formerly of the South Hills, passed away Saturday, Sept. 18, 2021, at her home with her family by her side.
Born July 22, 1950 in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of George William Smith and Dorothy Elizabeth Fischer Smith.
Rhonda had worked as a registered nurse for St. Clair Hospital, retiring in 2011 after 41 years.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and great-grandkids. Rhonda was the most caring, loving and selfless mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She touched the hearts of everyone she met. She poured her heart and soul into her family, friends and especially the patients and families of whom she took care.
Surviving are her daughter, Kimberly (Chad) Martin of Cabot; two sisters, Rita (Terry) Casto of Coraopolis, and Ruth Campbell of Daytona Beach, Fla.; five grandchildren, Cheyenne (Brandon) Yandrick, Austin (Krystal) Martin, and Bryson, Emerson and Delaney Martin; and three great-grandchildren, Dominic, Cooper and Daxton; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Thomas A. Lang; and one brother, George W. Smith Jr.
Lang — Friends of Rhonda J. Lang, who died Saturday, Sept. 18, 2021, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Fox Funeral Home, Saxonburg.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Interment will follow in Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Moon Township.
