Gloria Jean Watson, 64, of Butler died Wednesday at her home.

Born Dec. 17, 1940, in Butler, she was the daughter of Dorothy Kreel Bester and the late Marx Bester.

She was a member of the Muddycreek Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. Watson had worked for Butler Post Office, and she enjoyed doing water aerobics and crafts.

Surviving are her husband, Bruce E. Watson, whom she married June 24, 1960; a daughter, Ronda Lee Watson of Butler; her mother of Butler; and a brother, Vaugh Bester of Butler.

A brother preceded her in death.
