Driver identified in crash that killed 2 troopers, pedestrian
Pennsylvania State Police identified Jayana Tanae Webb, 21, of Eagleville, as the driver who killed two troopers and a pedestrian on Interstate 95 in Philadelphia on Monday morning.
Webb has been charged with three counts of third-degree murder, three counts of homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, three counts of homicide by vehicle, two counts of second-degree manslaughter of a law enforcement officer, three counts of involuntary manslaughter, three counts of reckless endangerment, DUI and summary traffic violations.
Troopers Martin F. Mack III and Branden T. Sisca, of Troop K, Philadelphia, were killed when trying to help pedestrian Reyes Rivera Oliveras, 28, of Allentown, into a patrol vehicle. All three were struck and killed by Webb’s vehicle at 1 a.m. Monday.
