Adam John Tavelli II
Adam John Tavelli II of Butler passed away Dec. 29 at West Penn Hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
He was born prematurely on Nov. 24, 2014, at West Penn Hospital, the son of Adam John Tavelli and Kasey L. Gerard of Butler.
In addition to his parents, Adam is survived by his brother, Ayden Gruseck, and his sister, Haley Gruseck, both of Butler; his grandparents, David and Regina Gerard and Rick and Diane Tavelli, all of Butler; his aunt and uncle, Carrie and Matt Bucek of Fairmont, W. Va.; his aunt and uncle, Nicole and Tyler Sefton of Butler; his aunt, Emily Tavelli of Butler; his uncle, Stephen Tavelli of Pittsburgh; his great-grandmother, Daisy Gerard of Butler, and his great-grandfather, Thomas Lucas.
