Ann B. Koontz

Ann B. Koontz, 90, of Zelienople passed away Monday in the comfort of her home.

Born July 14, 1926, in Toledo, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Allen and Mary (Skidmore) Williams.

Ann devoted her life to caring for children through baby-sitting and treasured the time she spent with her family. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory seven children, John R. Koontz, Randy K. Koontz, Bruce E. Koontz and his wife, Diane, Carol Reese and her husband, John, Barbara Emerick and her husband, Randy, Debra Burgh and her husband, Dan, and Vicki Eppinger and her husband, Nik; 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John O. Koontz; one son, Arthur B. Koontz; four sisters; and one brother.

KOONTZ — The family of Ann B. Koontz, who died Monday, Aug. 29, 2016, will welcome friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Boylan Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.The family suggests that memorial donations be made in Ann's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or to the Alzheimer's Association, 1100 Liberty Ave., Ste.
