District Judge Kevin Flaherty arraigned Snyder on Sunday morning. Snyder was sent to Butler County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bond.

Police said Snyder is accused of stabbing a 39-year-old man multiple times in the torso and leg. Police said the victim was taken to Butler Hospital for treatment of those injuries and was in stable condition.

“He further made threats to kill responding police officers,” police said. “The Butler County ESU responded due to Snyder barricading himself in the residence.”
