Dolores Jean “Dee” Kastroll, 84, formerly of Overbrook and New Sewickley Township, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2022, while under the care of The Grove at Harmony.

Born June 15, 1937, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Francis Tuckey and Helen Tuckey Troxell.

Dee was a loving mother and grandmother. She was always encouraging to her children and grandchildren. Dee enjoyed puzzles, bingo and socializing. Everyone she met found her very easy to talk with.

She was a dedicated employee at Phoenix Glass in Monaca.

Dee will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her daughter and sons, Dolores Jean “Missy” Mason (Jeff) of Bradford Park, H. Robert Kastroll (Toni) of Zelienople and Michael David Kastroll of Rochester, Pa.; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Mason (Allison) and their son, Atlas, Daniel Mason (partner Hector Rodriguez), David Kastroll (Tess) and their children, Dylan, Maddix and Zoe, Joshua Kastroll (Brittany), Alex Kastroll (Jenna), Noah Kastroll and Emily Kastroll; and her brother, Richard Messman.

In addition to her parents, Dee was preceded in death by her ex-husband, Bob Kastroll.

KASTROLL — Friends of Dolores Jean “Dee” Kastroll, who died Tuesday, April 5, 2022, will be received from 3 to 6 p.m. with a service to follow at 6 p.m. Friday at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.

Dee will be laid to rest at Pinewood Memorial Gardens in Cranberry Township.
