Jeannette Kirkpatrick of Butler, died Friday, Oct. 1, 2021, at Concordia Lutheran Ministries in Cabot.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at St. Peter’s Anglican Church, 218 E. Jefferson St., Butler, Pa. 16001.

Arrangements are under the direction of Young Funeral Home, Butler.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Peter’s Anglican Church.
