Arthur R. Giese
Arthur R. Giese, 72, of Zelienople died Tuesday at Good Samaritan Hospice in Wexford.
Born April 6, 1936, in Pittsburgh, he was a son of Charles Karl and Lillian P. Thompson Giese.
Mr. Giese was an Army veteran and had been a crane operator at Bill Grimm Towing and Salvage. He was a member of the Calvin Presbyterian Church in Zelienople.
He is survived by his wife, Eleanor Baughman Giese; three sons, Arthur Giese, of Cranberry Township, Victor Giese of Florida, Richard Giese of Rochester; two daughters, Margaret "Peggy" Walter and Debra Giese, both of West Hickory; two stepdaughters, Linda Kay Gaertner of Harmony and Laura Jean Pollard of Butler; and a stepson, Raymond Carl Middleton of Evans City.
He is also survived by a brother, Robert M. Giese of Ross Township; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded by five brothers and two sisters.
