Carmen W. Mendicino
Carmen W. Mendicino, 75, of Butler passed away on Sunday at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born Aug. 21, 1942, in Butler, he was a son of the late William Mendicino and Jennie Cherry Miller.
Carmen was retired from Pullman Standard, where he worked as a laborer.
He was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church.
Carmen is survived by his wife, Janet Kamerer Mendicino, whom he married Oct. 11, 1989; one son, John Mendicino of Butler; one stepson, Scott Barger of Butler; two stepdaughters, Pamela Barnhart and her husband, Ronald, of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Cindy Mocherman of Angola, Ind.; one brother, Leland Miller Jr. of Butler; and three step-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Leland “Poosie” Miller Sr.
