Lindsay R. Demino, 24, of Wexford waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 30 by Penn Township police.
Joshua E. Eck, 28, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 20 by Penn Township police.
Samuel J. Hughes, 28, of Wexford waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 30 by Penn Township police.
Prade J. Jackson, 57, of Evans City was held for court on charges of DUI and driving under the influence of a controlled substance, filed June 26 by Penn Township police.

Caleb A. Novotny, 22, of Cabot waived to court two counts each of delivering a controlled substance, possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance, and a charge of criminal use of a communication facility, filed in two separate cases Sept. 4 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.
